The mission of the Extension is to facilitate a transformation that empowers individuals and communities experiencing homelessness and substance use challenges to engage in a process of change and recovery.
The Extension is a long-term residential center for addiction recovery in Marietta. They provide a safe environment where clients can work toward sustained sobriety while building financial stability and a support infrastructure.
Covenant Church has had a long history with the Extension. We have groups that volunteer to serve a meal several times a year, and we collect supplies to assist residents of the Extension.
Donations Covenant Church receives designated as "Mission of the Month" during the month of October will go to the Extension.
